Utilities

The electric provider chosen by Owner is TXU Electric; however, Tenant(s) are welcome to use the utility provider of their choice. If Tenant(s) should choose another energy provider, any cost associated with the transfer of utility service back to Owner/Broker/new Tenant upon termination of lease shall be the responsibility of Tenant, such as lost rent due to delay in power transfer or damage due to lack of power at the property. Tenant shall immediately provide Landlord with utility provider information.
