Utilities

You have the option to choose the electric utility provider of your choice. However, if you should choose an energy provider other than the current one, any cost associated with the transfer of utility service back to the Owner, management company, or new tenant upon termination of your lease shall be your responsibility. These costs may include lost rent due to delay in power transfer or damage due to lack of power at the property. You must immediately provide Landlord with utility provider information.
