Move Out Procedures
  1. In accordance with your lease agreement, a written notice to vacate must be submitted 30 days prior to move out. Complete the Tenant’s Notice to Vacate Form (click to download now) and deliver to our office.
  2. Call your electrical provider, natural gas provider, and water/sewer/trash provider to read the meters on y our last day of occupancy and take the services out of your name. Make sure that all trash is picked up prior to terminating your water/trash service.
  3. Discontinue your telephone service at least 24 hours before vacating. (This will eliminate unauthorized long distance charges.)
  4. Discontinue all other services such as alarm monitoring, cable service, pool service and yard service on your move out day.
  5. Review and perform the Move Out Property Cleaning Requirements. (Use link in the left column of this page.)
  6. Leave garage door openers and any remotes in a kitchen drawer. Do NOT leave keyless deadbolts locked. You will be charged if Landlord is locked out and cannot enter the property once you leave.
  7. Turn in all keys to the management office along with your written forwarding address. YOUR RENT CONTINUES UNTIL WE HAVE RECEIVED ALL OF YOUR KEYS.
  8. Under no circumstances are you permitted access to the property after you have returned your keys without management present.
