Move Out Procedures
  1. You must provide a written notice to vacate a minimum of 30 days prior to the end of your lease term. If you are currently month-to-month, your lease term will end at the end of the month following your notice to vacate (unless otherwise provided in your lease agreement). For example, if your lease is month to month and you provide notice on the 15th of March, your lease term will end on April 30th. Please use the Tenant Notice to Vacate Form (click to download now) and email, fax or deliver to our office.
  2. Call your electrical provider, natural gas provider, and water/sewer/trash provider to read the meters on y our last day of occupancy and take the services out of your name. Make sure that all trash is picked up prior to terminating your water/trash service.
  3. Discontinue your telephone service at least 24 hours before vacating. (This will eliminate unauthorized long distance charges.)
  4. Discontinue all other services such as alarm monitoring, cable service, pool service and yard service on your move out day.
  5. Review and perform the Move-Out Cleaning Requirements. (Use link in the left column of this page.)
  6. Turn in all keys, garage or gate remotes or cards, key fobs, and mailbox keys to the management office along with your written forwarding address.

Under no circumstances are you permitted access to the property after you have returned your keys without management present.
